Eleven55 works according to the "start from scratch" principle to leave nothing to chance. We sit down with you to get the design of your cap on paper. We are happy to think along and advise you on all the options you have. We have the ability to get your thoughts down on paper. This is how your own unique cap takes shape step by step. No detail is skipped when designing your cap. We look at which fit is most suitable for the desired model, while not losing sight of all the options for the later finishing.
We think carefully about which fabric we are going to use and the colours, visor, labels and lining that your cap will have. Once your design is on paper, we will first have a sample made for approval. The costs for this are € 250 and will be partially settled again upon production. Before we proceed to the final production of your custom-made caps, you already have your own cap in your hands.

If you approve the sample, we can go bang. Our exclusive production facility is capable of producing a monthly run of 200.000 high quality caps. The production itself takes between 6 and 8 weeks. The work we put into our headwear obliges us to keep a minimum order of 100 pieces.
