Vector files are the best format for printing because they are scalable without loss of quality. Raster files are less suitable because they can become grainy when enlarged.

There are several online tools that can help you convert your file to the correct format. You can also hire a professional designer to convert your file. 

The minimum resolution for a print is 300 DPI (dots per inch). At one lower resolution, the print may become blurry or grainy. 

To check if a file has a resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch), you can follow these steps, depending on the program you are using:

1. Adobe Photoshop:

   • Open the file in Adobe Photoshop.
   • Go to the "Image" menu and select "Image Size".
   • Here you can see the resolution in the "Resolution" field. Make sure it is at least 300 DPI.

2. Adobe Illustrator:

   • Open the file in Adobe Illustrator.
   • Go to the "File" menu and select "Document Setup".
